but this movie looks really amazing (and sad). It is based on the book Push, by Sapphire, which I have not read, and which is also checked out at every library in the area. I heard about the movie because it is the feature movie this Thursday night at the Starz Denver Film Festival, although the showing is already sold out, because, as I noted, I was way behind the curve on hearing about this because I don't watch Oprah. Nonetheless, from what I can tell, Lionsgate is putting it out for wide release in the very near future.
